The best technical market analyst ever is Robert J Farrell, chef Market Technician at Merrell Lynch. I don’t recall a book he published, rather it was his daily wisdom. He like no one since and no one I know of today speaks the language of the markets can.

He gets lots of lip service praise from content providers in social media, few if any had the honor of working with him during his prime and he was wise at a young age.

One of his guiding principles is all market decisions are not rational; they are emotional impulses.
